We are excited to introduce Sam Hill as the new director of operations for Solid Logic, our commercial hard surface cleaning and restoration division. Sam joins us with an impressive background in client relations and a proven history of instituting improvements to increase and enhance productivity and overall business operations. He will be instrumental in the development of new sustainable methods for hard surface restoration and maintenance so that we can continue to provide our clients with exceptional hard surface care.
Sam has developed strong leadership qualities throughout his career in hospitality and service industry roles. As director of operations, Sam will be tasked with managing the day-to-day activities of Solid Logic to improve operational efficiency, including client, staff, and inventory coordination and supervision. He will be responsible for monitoring revenue margins, worker productivity, and staff training and certification, as well as implementing new directives for growth and evaluating new industry technologies.
